What happens at the first meeting?

We will arrange an initial  meeting with you to find out  what help you need from us. It may just be a case of exploring where you stand legally or finding out what your options are.

How much does it cost?

For initial advice on family law related matters, including dispute resolution, we are happy to offer you an initial interview at a capped or fixed fee, which we’ll agree with you in advance.

Fee for ongoing work?

We tailor our fee system to suit your needs. Like most family law solicitors, we can offer hourly rates. If you need more certainty with fees and costs we are also happy to offer you fixed fees for certain stages of work, or types of family law applications. Fixed fees are payable upfront.
